Use Forkmate in Warp
Warp’s agent can use remote MCP servers and signs in with OAuth in your browser. Add Forkmate from MCP servers settings.
No Forkmate account yet? Create one free first. It takes under a minute, and Warp sends you there on first connect anyway.
Set up Forkmate in Warp
https://mcp.forkmate.ai/Forkmate’s server URL. Streamable HTTP, OAuth sign-in, no API key.
- 1
Open MCP servers
Open Settings → Agents → MCP servers (or run Open MCP Servers from the Command Palette) and click + Add.
- 2
Paste the config
Paste the JSON below and save.
- 3
Sign in to Forkmate once
Warp opens a Forkmate sign-in in your browser. Sign in (or create your free account) and approve access. That one-time OAuth step connects it to your diary and nobody else’s.
- 4
Log your first meal
In Warp’s agent, say “I had two eggs and toast for breakfast.” It logs the meal with calories and macros to your Forkmate diary.
MCP server JSON
{
"forkmate": {
"url": "https://mcp.forkmate.ai/"
}
}What you need
- A free Forkmate account (sign up). There is no paid plan.
- Warp’s cloud agents need OAuth servers set up separately; this is for the local agent.

What to say first
Once it’s connected, talk to Warp the way you’d tell a friend:
I had two eggs and toast for breakfast.
It logs the meal with calories, protein, carbs and fat to your diary at app.forkmate.ai. Then try:
- How many calories have I had today?
- Make the toast two slices.
- What did I eat this week?
Something not working? See troubleshooting, orpick a different assistant. The same URL works in all of them.
